Fitting Termite Slab Seal

one To fit the termite slab seal simply drill a 14mm or 9/16 hole. After holes have been drilled, simply sweep the concrete dust up & now you are ready to fit the Termite slab seals.
2 Fit the termite slab seal into the hole with the fitting tool. Make sure the Termite slab seal is level with the slab/concrete. Your concrete is now 100% sealed.
3 Lubricate injection rod with a lubricant, lubrication is only needed at the start & maybe once more during the job.
4 Inject chemical at the required PSI rate.In clay you will need to inject at 50-100 PSI.
5 After injection move on to the next hole. After injection just wriggle the injection rod up & down a touch & pull injection rod out & move to the next hole.
6 Caps need to be lubricated before being placed into termite slab seal. Placing caps can be done after all injection of chemical is completed on the job or as you move on to the next hole. If you wish to have a concrete finish, simply give the seal a tap down 5mm-10mm & add concrete.
7  We have found that drilling all the holes first & placing all the termite slab seals in place then injecting will save you time & money.
